This page sets out the certifications, insurance and vetting standards behind The After Builders Cleaning Company, and the documentation we can provide before your project starts. Whether you are a main contractor running procurement checks, a developer preparing a handover, or a homeowner letting a team into your property, the paperwork below is available on request with your quote.
CSCS certified team
Our cleaners hold CSCS certification where site rules require it. They can attend live construction sites alongside other trades and follow induction, PPE and sign-in procedures without slowing your programme.
Public and employers' liability insurance
All after builders cleaning work is covered by public liability and employers' liability insurance. Certificates and cover details are available before we attend site, including for contractor approval processes.
DBS-checked, background-verified staff
Every cleaner is DBS-checked and background-verified before joining the team. That matters when we hold keys, work in occupied homes or clean high-value properties ahead of handover.
RAMS and method statements
For developer and contractor projects we supply risk assessments and method statements ahead of attendance, covering equipment, products, access and safe working on part-finished sites.
48-hour re-clean guarantee
If any part of the clean misses the agreed standard, tell us within 24 hours and we return to put it right within 48 hours at no extra cost. The full terms are set out in our service guarantee.
